Bihar - All the best

For more than half of my existence in this universe I have seen a clown ruling (not governing) Bihar (in its undivided and divided form). Even though I do not live in Bihar I had always hoped the clown would be removed by the people through democratic elections. Election after election, three times in a row for 15 years, the clown won and ruled (ruined) the state. I would say he is worse than any terrorist organization. A terrorist can only destroy a tiny part of a country at a time, but this clown systematically destroyed a state, took it backward in every sense. Probably that is the reason why he is not on the hit list of any terrorist, as he does the job they intend to do systematically.

Today the clown was thrown out of power and will certainly be out of power for the next five years.
